Flat rate within Australia and New Zealand:

While we do carry many stock items it is impossible to keep all sizes in the many ranges available and therefor often necessary for items to be ordered from our suppliers.

Delivery times: Please allow 5-10 working days for items on backorder. Your order status will change to backordered and an updated email will be forwarded to your email address advising same.

Within Australia we ship your order through Australia Post e Parcel. Delivery is a flat rate of $7.95 and parcels are signature required.

Once your order is received, provided the items are in stock, your order will be processed within 24 business hours. Please allow approximately 2-5 business days for delivery within Australia. Undiesonline advise that once the shipment has left our warehouse we do not control the mailing service providers and therefor can only give an approximate delivery time.

Orders to New Zealand start at a flat rate of $7.95 and dispatch from either New Zealand warehouse or Sydney based warehouse.
